The largest egg in mountain high

will give you the wings of sky.

For wings of earth, search through the mud

for an egg the color of dragon blood.

And hidden alone from the rival queens

the SandWing egg awaits unseen.

Of three queens who blister and blaze and burn,

two shall die and one shall learn

if she bows to a fate that is stronger and higher

she will have the power of wings of fire.

Five eggs to hatch on brightest night,

five dragons born to end the fight.

Darkness will rise to bring the light.

The dragonets are coming…

Queen Scarlet is Found Guilty of Murder!

News from Scarlet’s Guards Show She Murdered Dune of the SandWings

“It’s not like he even did very much use in this world, even if he was a SandWing,” Scarlet says in her defense, but not very enthusiastically. “I mean, he had a wooden leg and couldn’t even fly anymore. I was just doing the Dragonets of Destiny a favor. They had complained about their guardians and as the kind ruler I am I freed them from the most useless one.”

The snitching soldier we will keep a secret for their safety from Queen Scarlet. The soldier reported, “She just walked right into that cave behind that MudWing and the SeaWing. They got all defensive of each other, and she was angry because the SeaWing had stuck her tail in the ground with that [human]’s claw. Then they flew away as we helped her escape. When she was free, we noticed a smoke cloud and we followed it, and it lead us to the dragonets.”

We have found that Scarlet had no reason to kill Dune, and that she is responsible for many deaths in the past. A SandWing by the name of Sunny told us about how it went down. “So basically Tsunami and Clay saw the smoke through the skyhole and found us. Then they opened the boulder from the outside, and we all gathered to set off. Then a small dragon walked in and declared that we were on her land, and she lit Starflight’s scrolls on fire. Then Webs found us and got Dune, and a fight broke out, but I wasn’t allowed to fight. Clay pushed me up onto a rock and told me that I could help by staying out of the way. Then I watched the small dragon who I guess was Queen Scarlet attack Dune. She cut of his wooden stump he used for walked and scratched his wings to reopen his scars. Then Kestrel showed up, and she pushed Webs into the river to tell the Talons of Peace. That was confusing because I always thought those three were the only ones in the Talons of Peace. Anyways, that’s when Scarlet decided she was going to take all of us. Clay, Tsunami, and Starflight I think are all going to go to a prison. Same with Kestrel, and she’ll probably go on trial. I got locked in a cage, and I don’t know what happened to Glory. But before we were taken away, Scarlet snapped Dune’s neck, saying that they had no use for a crippled dragon.” She stated with a matter-of-fact tone.

When we asked Clay, he told us about the same thing. “It was horrible. She clawed off his stump like she was separating the fat and meat of a cow. I’m hungry… Anyway, Then she clawed his wings across his scars like she was climbing mud. I want a cow in the mud… Well, then Kestrel came to try and save us., which only got her in trouble too. Then Scarlet broke Dune’s neck before he could stab her with his poisonous tail and we were all taken away. Tsunami, Starflight and me had to fight in her arena, were we fought to the death. Turns out, Tsunami killed her own father… Well, Sunny was locked in like a bird cage, and NightWings came down to save Starflight right before him and Tsunami fought IceWings. Kestrel was in a prison, and Scarlet made Glory her “art” which was horrible.” He remarked.

So the stories are all the same, even Scarlet’s: “Yeah, I clawed off his wood, whatever that was for, and it was awesome, the amount of blood that came out. Then a opened his scars with ease, and I snapped his neck before flying off with my new prize: The dragonets of Destiny. Besides, so what if I’m found guilty. I’m a Queen, of the SkyWings nevertheless, so you can’t lock me up. I need to rule my dragons. So you can’t lay a talon on my head. Let alone my treasure.” Scarlet huffed.

So, Scarlet is found guilty, and she is not allowed to mess with the dragonets of destiny for a whole month. “Not like I could anyway. They ran away after my art sprayed a ton of venom in my face. I was getting bored of her anyways, just about ready to kill her.” Scarlet finished.
